5 stars are not enough !!!
We had an awesome experience at the restaurant. Staff extremely attentive and passionate in an atmosphere like in real Italy. So many options of food , drinks, deserts I have to say it is not easy to choose. Honestly I wanted to try everything. Meal portions are big with a heavenly great taste ( huge compliments to the chefs) . The service only one word : spotless!
Our servers ( Paige and Leon) were extremely passionate with big smiles, attentive and caring , definitely delivering the extra mile and the feeling what you are looking for when you go out and you just want to have a good time.
As I was asking a lot ( as usual) , no question was left unanswered immediately, with big patience.
Cannot recommend the place enough, the best option is to just try it. 🙂
I would definitely recommend a reservation as they are busy( no wonder why).
Wow! These guys can cook! Brilliant pastas, mains and fabulous starters too. Massive wine list complements the wonderful meal. Can see why this is a must book destination
Best meal we had on vacation! Amazing place, sooo many wines to choose from, wish we'd had a chance forward 2nd meal there! 😋
We were in Scotland for seven nights, and this was the perfect spot to break things up from traditional Scottish food. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the location right in the heart of St. Andrews couldn’t have been better. The owner even came over to personally chat with us, which made the experience even more memorable. We will definitely be back if we’re lucky enough to return!
One of the worst restaurants I ever had the misfortune to enter
Three people; six p.m.; weekday
--We would like two big pizzas and a bottle of wine (maybe a couple of desserts, too, later).
Waitress goes away; come back in 5-10 minutes:
Your order isn't acceptable -- you need to order more food and spend more!!
!
Since when do restaurants decide you haven't ordered enough food?
We were eager, willing and ready to pay 60 pounds+ (for something that would have cost less than ten) and to be out of their hair in about an hour. Not a bad margin for them.
And why does the waitress need to go away and return later to tell us we are not spending enough money. Why not educate us when we order and free up the table immediately for other eager punters? Seems like the training regimen for staff could be improved. (Yes, we walked out at this point.)
Not a wonderful experience, and a pretty poor excuse for a restaurant.
Can't evaluate the food, but the noise level was horrific. The decor was like something out of a Fellini movie on drugs. Some people like that kind of thing, though. I just hope they ordered enough food.
